Profile
Nathan Chenery has been a Practicing Artists since finishing his BA (hons) Fine Art Degree from York St John University in 2005. His painting and drawing works have been displayed & collected both nationally & internationally (Japan, Ireland, Germany, Italy) Since then he has been involved in a number of arts related projects including the Postern Tower Project, Culture Point, Please Do Not Bend & York Open Studio’s as well as having been involved in a number of solo & joint exhibitions. He currently also works at York St John University as Fine Art Technical Demonstrator and recent gain a Fine Art Master Degree at University of Leeds.

Other Interests
Alongside being a practicing Artists interests lie in curating. Through projects like Revolving Gallery the hope is to introduce people into the world of collecting and engaging with original art work. Being an avid collector has help in understanding some of stumbling block to buying art works (especially for the first time) and helped shape ideals about education people to collect first what they like but to make sure the work is both original and of high quality.
